【减肥】2010.06.23开始记录对于减肥我真是一直在奋斗呀..永远都减不下去,这次死也要减下去.不过我还是要健康的减肥,因为我要上班,不可能向他们那种绝食,或者3337减肥法.那样的话,我会死翘翘的.我身高166,体重160,目标很简单,先瘦下个40斤.现在天天在喝蜂蜜水,然后晚上不吃饭,吃水果或者西红柿黄瓜,睡前2小时在喝蜂蜜加牛奶.看赵奕然用原步跑减肥好像挺有成效的,所以在家也坚持原地跑2000步,我没有那个毅力每天跑1小时.只有慢慢往上累计,慢慢跑的时间长些,不过现在也只是停留在2000步,然后做20个仰卧起座.我会每天把过程发上来.看看最好到底能不能瘦下去..欢迎大家来监督.

问个问题我想问下，为什么火车站还没有到预售期，票贩子手里就有票了。我2号的时候，在网上看到有卖10号的票了，可火车站不是提前5天放票吗，那他们哪来的票，会不会是假票呀.... 我给他们打电话,他们说他们是内部票,可以提前打印出来.是真的假的呀.
