[on the tone of DA:TV] “One thing to remember, with – the example I use is the Thor movies. So Dark World came out right around DA:I, and people were like, eugh. And then Ragnarök came out, like early in DA4’s development, and so that was like the height of, the sort’ve like, love with this brighter, quippier, sort’ve tonal landscape, from traditionally very dark IPs. But we gotta lot of years to go, and by the time, if you continue down Thor, Love and Thunder comes out before DA:TV ships as well, and that’s basically, we can pretty much use Thor as plotting the ‘we love this’ to ‘we hate this with a burning passion’ [in consumers]. So the game was in development for so long that like, it basically, it’s kind’ve almost out of, out of place and time in terms of its tone. Alternatively, and this is something that has been bubbling in my head is, alternatively there’s a game missing in between the two of them. That’s the other possibility, that there’s a game, Joplin, that slots in between DA:I and DA:TV and bridges the gap. Maybe that’s the other possibility. […] It wasn’t Marvel on purpose but it was definitely drawing from that zeitgeist, and yeah, and so it was very Marvelly and it also was living with the consequences of people not really wanting that anymore.” “[…] I actually really like that trailer [the one with Harding and Varric fighting in the bar, 'We can be heroes']. 起源是引擎已经是屎山代码了,根本没办法像质量效应一样小修小改弄个复刻版就完事,想重制必须换新引擎,成本肯定上天了

@RTLordCaptain 老滚4的旧引擎还可以,我玩过原版老滚4除了画面烂一点游戏本身没那么多bug,而起源的屎山代码引擎有严重的内存溢出问题,打大内存补丁也只是勉强缓解时间久了还是卡,更别说满天飞的bug了,根子就是烂的根本就不是套皮能解决的问题

可以像滚4那样用虚幻5套娃,虚幻负责图形,老引擎负责其他。成本肯定高,但不至于上天

@半日閒 我倒觉得内存溢出在套皮的情况下有暴力方法可以结局,假设虚幻5是主引擎,可以考虑把老引擎的内存分配改造一下,比如集中到内存池里,然后在场景切换的时候偷偷存个档(可以直接放内存里加速存取)然后把老引擎的部分直接重新初始化,再读那个档,这样至少不会内存溢出崩溃了

@半日閒 总之有源码的话应该不至于完全无法解决。至于BUG,我记得当年玩的时候也还好?而且如果游戏本身好玩,不是特别严重的卡关BUG或者特别明显也不见得就不能接受。最大的问题可能反而是RTWP这种即时暂停模式现在的玩家未必喜欢
