Yeah a bit fanservice by Okabe finally.Really hated VN novel version of it,where it was like he was forcing himself but it's always better in anime.

Great episode, I'm glad to see more improvements from the last episodes, even if it's 21st one out of the 23rd. Hououin Kyouma, our MADDO SAIENTISTO is finally back, the Re-Awakening scene turned out to be better than I thought. I was actually kind of worried that it wouldn't be as good as it was in the VN, because Suzuha and the other lab members weren't there, but it turned out to be pretty good. Seeing Moeka in that suit was kind of unexpected for a VN player, along with the fact that the time machine presumably got destroyed AGAIN. Well, after all, this is why I love Steins;Gate, even if I've played the VN, it still manages to surprise me, and make me wait for more episodes. That's all, El Psy Kongroo!

很棒的一集，真高興看到比上集更多的改進，即使這是23集中的第21集了。鳳凰院凶真，我們的瘋狂科學家終於回來了，覺醒（Re-Awakening）的場面表現得比我想的更好。我之前其實蠻擔心會比遊戲差，因為鈴羽和其他labmem不在場，但事實證明表現得相當不錯。騎手服萌郁對玩過遊戲的人而言完全在意料之外，時間機器「想必」又要再被炸一次也是。嗯，總之，這就是為啥我愛石頭門，即使我玩過遊戲，它仍能讓我感到驚訝，讓我繼續等待下一集。就醬，El Psy Kongroo！

Same here, the changes still did make sense, the changes are base on what is on scope of the worldline, and I'm really glad to see what happened on those thousands time leaps.

I agree. It's not the same, however, it's still really good. And it makes sense. There is no time leap machine before July 7th, so he can't timeleap to Jan to get the original PR awakening scene. However, since the time machine might have blown up, my guess is that we might be getting time travel to Jan in order to fix convergence for Arclight. If we don't, then I'm interested in seeing what White Fox is planning. Maybe it worked out and the next two episodes will be Mayuri's persepctive in Arclight and Milky Way Crossing.

But its not only an ending of future self meeting the past self. But also a grand epic of crossing the space time horizon , indeed I'm talking to the "Milky Way Crossing" ending in VN. Where this ending is related to the dream of okabe in the original S;G episode 12 Okabe and Mayuri dream scene.

That's the f*cking point of the D-Rine itself. Relive that time for his past self before he is overwritten. Again with the stupid nitpicking who doesn't pay attention to the anime and the VN. You want a faithful adaptation? Call them to create a 50 or 36 episode S;G 0 to make it an exact copy of it.

I played the VN and loved the anime adaptation for this episode - Given the circumstances in the current timeline for the anime, the revival was perfect.

Easily the best episode for me so far, Mr.Braun smacked Kagari even though she killed lots of Soldiers with ease LOL

Mr. Braun trained Moeka and Moeka is about as strong as Kagari, so he would easily knock out Kagari.
Edit: oh yeah they never met, that’s why Moeka doesn’t know who is FB during alpha. So how does SERN train the rounders? They can’t all be naturally good at hand to hand combat, guns and infiltration. There must be some secret training facility.

However catching someone off guard should mean little when someone is capable of taking 4 shots in the gut like it was nothing and is able to pull a Vegeta and cut peoples heads off with her bare hands (really want to know who was the genius behind that scene, not that the VNs version was much of an improvement either).

Put a really nice twist to the story there, but in the end even this plan from our favorite mad scientist failed :(

That was such a sick plot twist. And the music kicking in with that on cue was icing on the cake.

Don't underestimate Braun. He was a top quality rounder since he was a little kid. There is a reason they entrusted HIM to get close to Susuha in the past. He was really one of the kind soldier.
