I have collected 3000 credits together after daily download sponsors softwares. but when i tried to get a gift of 10USD itunes gift card. it indicated that there is a issues with my device and request to contact the support. would u pls solve the issues for me asap?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have fixed your account for you by reseting your key which will turn the key at the top of the page to red. Now all you have to do is re-launch your key app and keep downloading to keep earning credits!
Please make sure you are not doing any of the following actions:
Do NOT click on the "Reset Advertising Identifier" button in Settings > About > Advertising > Reset.
Do NOT click on the "Erase All Content and Settings" button in Settings > General > Reset.
Do NOT restore the device.
Do NOT change Limit Ad Tracking On/Off.
Please refer to the article below for further tips of what NOT to do to continue earning credits normally and for more information on resetting your key!
