2007年毕业后在朋友的介绍下我进入了北京洪恩教育科技有限公司，对，就是和完美世界一样，老板都是池宇峰的那个公司。
(In 2007,after graduated I start my carrer at Hongen Education which is also create by the boss of Perfect World via a friend of mine .
在公司中我学到了很多，最后也走上管理岗。公司中我认识到做一个项目不是一拍大腿想出一个创意就够了，从想法到产品中间有着无数细节组成的鸿沟，跨过这道坎，才能真正的算实现。
( In the company I've learned a lot ,and finally become a team leader.I grew up there by recognized that a product can't be just pop up from nowhere, there are a lot of gaps between ideas and reality.)

前排

中间我曾经就英语教育网游的想法跟池宇峰有过邮件交流。然而池宇峰并不看好在线教育，所以也就作罢。
(I've communicated with Mr CHI YU FENG through emails about English Study Online Games.He believe the idea had no future,so it's a dead end.)
2009年从公司离开，虽然只有两年，但是我学习和成长了很多，我在过程中犯过很多错误，伤害了很多关心爱护我的人的感情，我感到很抱歉，我想感谢音频组的所有成员，如果没有你们的努力付出，也就没有音频组质量第一的保证。
(In 2009 I depart from the company ,during the days work there,I become much more mature ,and made a lot of mistakes which in some extent, hurt people around me, I am truely sorry for that.I deeply appreciate the effort of all members in sound team,without your dedication,the quality of our work not even close to good.)
在家修养的期间（音频组的工作是十分枯燥和辛苦的，其中一个组员做的耳膜穿孔。所以我决定给自己放个假想想未来的出路。）各种以前的想法不断冒出，新的想法也在涌现，然而做过项目的我深知没有其他人的参与仅靠我一个人是远远不可能跨越那鸿沟的。
(On vacation( voice processing is very hard and boring work,one of my colleague's eardrum has broken because of the working pressure),many ideas reappear,and new idars emerge quickly)
于是制作开心白日梦的想法不可避免的在头脑中浮现，当时的想法是做论坛，于是用discuz做了一套开心白日梦论坛，基本框架建立好，内容添加上一些，本地测试没有问题。但是论坛的形式始终不适合协作，所以再考虑其他方法）
(So I decided to make collaborative，to make people work together.At first ,I made a bbs powered by discuz ,built up basic layout,and content.local testing is ok,but the bbs way,still had it's limitation,I need other better solution.)

后来我又在网上搜索其他的方式，找到了一些文字类合作网站的模版，于是开始在模版的基础上把开心白日梦网的内容誊抄。就这样，前后忙了一年左右，在2010年4月13日，开心白日梦终于得以上线。
(Just like the song " one way or another" ,after many failure seeking I got my own alternate solution after all. So the work of data transition begins,by months that's all things I did when I was awake. happydaydreaming.com finally online on April 13th 2010)

要不要僵尸粉？
(zombie users ?)
当时很多网站动不动就我的用户几十万10几万，其实很多是花钱刷出来的，有很多软件注册的，自己人注册的，方法很多做过网站的人应该都明白。然而我根本不看重这些虚妄的数字，我做的是内容，我要的是用户质量而不仅仅是用户数量。所以我当时删除了大约3000个软件注册或者胡乱注册发广告没有任何意义的用户，到今天应该有好几万了。开心白日梦的用户中都是真人用户，其中80%的人跟我有过qq上的沟通，我想这是很多网站几乎做不到的。
(At that time ,website always said they have thouthands of users,even millions.Is that so ? If you ever running a website,you will know that at leat half of the users are not realy people,they register software, pretending users from the site itself,and people who want to post commercial advertiments free. I also encounter them and I chose say NO to them by deleting their register information. 80% users of happydaydreaming is real person,I can assure you that, I chat with each of them at least once via QQ. )

然而这种想法不可避免的受到了VC的质疑，他们关注的是用户量，越多越好。过程中也跟一位著名天使投资人有过沟通，他的回复到也简单：”两年内不能回本是不投的“ 其实这也是事实，VC们无非就是想赚钱，而且是越快越好。
(It's not a good news for VCs,they only care about the number of users ,and don't care if they are real.I had contact a famous investment angle,and the answer is no,they don't invested anything can't get the money back in 2 years.well,that's correct their purpose is money,so I understand that.)

这一切没有人帮你，也没人会在乎，只有你一个人在乎。
(You got to know the truth: you are the one and the only care)
有人说，步子迈的太大可能会扯到蛋，当时我确实有种蛋蛋的忧桑。

生活的现实
(Facing the Reality)
然而生活是现实的，马上要结婚的我面临着经济的困扰，我必须走出家门去工作，否则无法实现对女朋友的承诺。
（Life is not fair tale,I got to earn money for marry my girl)
于是我使用了各种各样的找工作的方式，从朋友介绍，到传统招聘网站，最后甚至报名了非你莫属。
(I've tried manyways, from friends to traditional recruit websites,even the china's popular recruit TV-Show--Only You)
我压根没对非你莫属报什么希望，因为我觉得自己并没有太过出众的地方（比如海归背景，名校毕业，名企工作经历等等），所以不太有可能上节目。
(I don't think I will be choosen,cuz I've never study abroad,or graduated from china's famous univeristy,or,work for the TOP-500s)

我从来没想到会有这样的结果，这不恰恰从一方面说明，人们对开心白日梦的需求还是有的，尤其是年轻人（包括我这样的思想上的年轻人，实际上的中老年，哈哈）。梦想的天空格外蓝，每一个梦想一开始都遥不可及，但事实上我们最终做到了。
(I've never expected the result,it proved that, people need happydaydreaming.com, especially youngsters(I am young on mind :)) dream make peoply shine,even it start from one thing looks naive,but ,together,we can make a better world.)
然而过于超前的理念（国外有类似的，但是是封闭的不开放的）有时候看起来很可笑，就像汽车刚被发明出来的时候，人们觉得那是铁皮马车，而且还没有马跑得快。
(Anything beyond time looks stupid at the beginning ,just like motor cars are seemd as steel covered carriage,and slowwer than carriage.)
