This component was one among more than 15 distinct components separated from the soluble venom by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). GrTx1 has 29 amino-acid residues, compactly folded by three disulfide bridges with a molecular weight of 3697 Da. Here we show that this peptide blocks Na+ currents of neuroblastoma F-11 cells with an IC50 of 2.8 +/- 0.1 mu M, up to a maximum of about 85% at 10 mu M. M oreover, the right-shift (+ 20.1 +/- 0.4 mV) of the fractional voltage-dependent cond uctance could be also compatible with a putative "gating-modifier" mechanism. No effects were seen on common K+ channels, such as K(v)1.1 and 1.4, using concentrations of toxin up to 10 mu M. Sequence analysis reveals that GrTx1 is closely related to other spider toxins reported to affect various distinct ion channel functions. A critical analysis of this study suggests the necessity to search for other potential receptor sites in order to establish the preferred specificity of these kind of peptides. (c) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. 第二册第7课，P134 的几个问题。 1，Mientras tanto, él tendrá varias reuniones con su personal. 其中，personal 有两个意思：私人的，个人的。还可以作为名词，表示，全体员工。我看有人把这句personal意为私人的，个人的。我觉得应该翻译成全体员工。我翻译的：与此同时，他将与他的全体员工开些会议。（不知道，这句话是不是这个意思呢？） 2， Precisamente, quiere hablar con el señol embajador de un nuevo peoyecto con el que ha estado trabajando últimamente. 这里的 con el 分别是什么意思? ha estado trabajando. ha estado是将来未完成时，如果是estado trabajando 又是表示进行时，难到ha estado trabajando 是表示将来未完成进行时？怎么理解啊？ 3, 我看到某书上有 necesitar de algo/alguien. 比如说：necesito de ti 我需要你。而书上necesitar + algo,没有de , 这里的necestar de algo.怎么理解？另外：人作为被动，需要用大被动句么？（就是如同英文的，BE+过去分词） P117 书上例句： 1，Necesito una pluma. 2, El profesor necesita dos alumnos que lo ayuden.

第二册P76，olvidar 典型问题。 1, Oye, Susana, no se te olvide traerme el libro manana. 2, NO,no vino felipe, porque se te olvidio(重音） llamarlo por telefono. 3, Se me olvido llevar el libro. 4, 看到过句型。 olvidarse a alguien + inf. ______ 问题： 1） 1，2 句中的te ,是什么用法？ 2）有人说1，2句是自复被动句，怎么看？什么是自复被动？ 3）1句中，olvide 是什么用法？自复？被动？自复被动？ 4）2句中，olvidio 是什么用法？自复？被动？自复被动？ 5) 有人说，1，2句是固定用法，se + 与格+ olvide/olvidio + inf ，是这样的吗？同时，句中主语是olvidar后面的动词原形,你觉得呢？ 6）帮我翻译下1，2句。第一句还可以理解，你给我带书来。第二句，是不是因为你忘记打电话给他？ 7）3句中的，se me olvido 中是属于olividarse 的自复用法，还是me 是表示兴趣与格（或者是说，利益与格）指代后面的el？ 7)3句中的，se ,是不是与格？还是被动句的se ?
