刘亚洲的《甲申再祭 》节选,视曾相识的感觉 数千年来,中国的社会形态不仅是“人治”,而且是“一人治”。朕即天下。 “一人治”下,人才愈多,天下愈稳。崇祯为什么不学刘邦、李世民,管他视人 才为奴才也好,或视奴才为人才也好,总是源源不断地开发,使江山长治?这便 是崇祯皇帝的性格了。他的性格决定他的命运。他的命运决定民族的命运。他把 自己当天才,把臣属当庸才。然而不幸的是他自己偏偏是个庸才。二流的领导不 敢用一流的部属。崇祯充其量是个三流货色,敢用谁?人才不用,国家必亡。   崇祯为什么不能用人才?史载:“帝刻忌。”何谓刻忌?猜忌和嫉妒,再加 刻薄。他拥有世界最大的帝国,心却比针尖还小。有两点可以说明:一、他不敢 负责。李自成兵临城下,有人建议调吴三桂的关宁铁骑入援京师。此举意味着放 弃辽东。崇祯皇帝明明想这么做,而自己偏不说,要让臣属们说。臣子们早看透 了这一点,偏不说。最富于戏剧性的一幕是,崇祯召一个大学士商议此事,大顺 军的炮声已在西直门外隆隆响起。崇祯说:“今事已急,此议如何,你说一句话 就可以定夺啦!”那个大学士跪在地上,不发一言。崇祯追问再三,大学士始终 像个哑巴。崇祯皇帝一跺脚,回后宫去了。须臾,城破。二,崇祯具有深刻的农 民性格。这一点无疑是朱元璋血脉。“东事”和“剿匪”都需要钱,前方再三告 急,崇祯甚至打算借民间一年的房租,结果全国怨声鼎沸,骂崇祯皇帝是“重征 皇帝”。他没有钱吗?李自成破紫禁城,打开皇宫藏钱的地方,不禁惊呆了。库 中“有镇库银,积年不用者三千七百万锭,金一千万锭,皆五百两为一锭。”有 许多金银都发霉了。如此巨大的积蓄,何愁发不出军饷?李自成吃了个饱。   人才中不乏天才。崇祯更不敢用天才。袁崇焕就是天才,所以才死得那么惨 烈。史载,袁崇焕对崇祯皇帝说:“予我钱粮兵马,我一人足以守辽。”多豪迈 !崇祯无语。他为什么无语?他阴暗的心里那一刻飘过什么呢?我觉得那一刻他 肯定生出了一丝嫉妒心。我就不信崇祯后来能被皇太极那么拙劣的反间计瞒过, 磔袁督师于市。根据崇祯的性格,我敢说他可能什么都缺,就是不缺嫉妒。中国 人也最不缺嫉妒。培根说嫉妒是“凶眼”。崇祯皇帝就拥有这样一双凶眼。弗洛 伊德讲,人的嫉妒心是天生就有的,但是西方文化克制这个东西。《圣经》中明 确把嫉妒列为七宗罪之一。中国文化则放大了这个东西。西方文化是制造天才的 文化,中国文化是扼杀天才的文化。中国两千多年的历史本质上就是一部扼杀天 才的历史。思想压抑、嫉妒杀人。每个人都是嫉妒者,每个人又都是被嫉妒者。 在中国,思想或行为出众者,要么一棒子就把你打回去,要么你得具备权势背景。 中国文化告诉我们,离天才一定要远,因为天才是要伤人的。天才总是得不到同 时代人的原谅。人们从不赞美活着的天才,而只赞美死了的天才。离统治者越近, 天才越不幸。
