干杯-为朱大哥人民大会堂演出! 首先感谢昨天直播的朋友,你们辛苦了! 发过几个做红酒的帖子,今天再聊聊酒的事,我发现好多朋友喜欢酒,说得不对的地方请您指出来。一起啦啦。 好多年前去美国,突然发现那里没有二锅头,没有汾酒,没有竹叶青,总之没有国内说得白酒啊!这可怎么办?在国内咱可是几乎天天有小酒啊! 平时还到好,转眼到了在美国的第一个春节,硬是顶不住了,住在一起的三兄弟馋酒啊,眼都绿了!围了个大城市溜溜的转了一整天,没白酒, 整个城市卖白酒卖!咱理解中国刚开放看来白酒还没运到!逮住一个酒水店的经理,问个明白:人家很客气,“这个可以有,可是俺真不知道你们说得这种酒,你哥三要是给我2个月的时间,我保证给你们弄到, 我会通知府上!”, 那怎么能解得了近渴呢啊?明天就是春节啊?人家说,有日本白酒叫清酒,那也行啊,日本离咱们那也不远,中!一看者日本清酒酒瓶很小,老大说“来8瓶”,人家经理说,“俺就剩4瓶了”,“好吧都给我忽拉进来”,大哥一直忍着。喝了4瓶清酒,哥三醉得一塌糊涂,那是后话不提了。 从那时起,我就发誓,要做酒!功夫不负有心人,一年两年,俺真学会做酒了,红酒,啤酒,甚者蒸馏的。 前几天我已经发了我做的红酒了,为了开拓视野,向正规化迈进,俺们去参观了一个酿酒坊。人家那规模比俺们地下室操作强多了,还可以参观完以后在那里就餐,品尝他们所有的红酒品种,俺都喝高了。咱都是多少多少白酒的量,从来没喝红酒喝高过,可见人家的酒好,酒多!不多说了,上几个图说明俺真去过.
