快速设置里编码那里，旁边的配置里预设用slower或veryslow基本就差不多，个别不同的需要手动修改下，方法快速设置里设置好后，按f8在编码设置的框里按空格键加入 -x265-params 相关参数比如 -x265-params high-tier=1:subme=6:rc-lookahead=80:psy-rd=0.8:psy-rdoq=2.0
