Montevideo, 7 ago (EFE).- La Asociación Uruguaya de Fútbol (AUF) dispuso que el premio al máximo goleador de la Liga uruguaya, que se iniciará el próximo día 14, se denomine Diego Forlán en homenaje al futbolista del Atlético de Madrid, elegido como el mejor del Mundial de Sudáfrica. Montevideo, 7 ago (EFE) .- The Uruguayan Football Association (AUF) directed that the prize for top scorer in the Uruguayan League, starting on the 14th, is named in honor of Diego Forlan from Atletico Madrid player, chosen as the best World Cup.
Forlán igualó con 5 goles el primer lugar entre los máximos 'rompe redes' de la Copa del Mundo y además fue elegido como el mejor futbolista del torneo por la FIFA.
