刚买的ocr5300，上学需要骑，用二点式脚撑会磨车漆，买了个快拆杆脚撑，但是快拆杆太紧了，扳了好几次都没扳开，有什么办法能让它松下来

本身就是锁紧状态，要损伤的话应该是锁紧的时候
