I think that's used upon rfuse others'help.Trying to help but causing more trouble in the process.Some one wanna help you with some items but actually he do not have quite well ability to handle it then you say thank you for nothing.For example :Come on,it's too heavy to you .I will take it myself.Thank you for nothing.
