二十一、练松及灵,排除拙 劲
由此可见,要练松,而目的是灵。全身练成能自我控制的弹簧劲,没有一丝拙劲。打太极拳时全身所有关节都能灵活运动,因而任何部位都能化发自如。

人体的拙劲导致一些不由自主的习惯性动作。根据各人的情况,各人的习惯动作也不一样。练松可以帮助解除拙力。练好太极拳的关键是练松灵,解除所有的拙劲。桩功、热身运动、适当地拉韧带,都可帮助练松。

In this situation, the waist must be relaxed, one must use waist to move the spinal, the spinal move the shoulders, and the shoulders wave the two hands. The common mistake in doing Brush Knee Bow Push is that the chest reaches position first then brush knee and push hand. This is because the awkward strength in waist and chest locks the motion of upper body. The better way is that waist move the two arms, the waist and arms initiate a motion and accomplish the motion the same time. The best way is to involve the agile chest motion, use the chest hollowing to thrust the palm out. Therefore, the upper body performs an integral motion of waist rotation, chest hollowing, palm pushing. Every body part initiate the motion the same time, every body part finish the motion the same time. The combination motion of arm, chest, and waist provide the palm a large motion range and enhanced power.
在做云手时可能仅仅运动两手,不注意运动腰。这是腰里的拙劲锁住了腰的运动。这时要松腰,要以腰转动脊,以脊带动肩,以肩云动手。在做搂膝拗步时常见的错误是胸先到位,然后搂膝推掌。这是腰和胸的拙劲锁住了上体躯干的运动。比较好一点的做法是以腰带动两臂运动,腰臂同时启动并同时到位。更好一点的做法要将松灵的胸运动融于推掌的过程中,要以含胸运动来将掌催出去。因而上体的运动是转腰,含胸,推掌的组合运动。一动都动,一到都到。臂,胸,腰三部位的运动叠加给这一掌予很大的运动幅度和掌力
