解决方法：
方法一
1、命令进入 wamp / scripts 文件夹
2、运行命令：php refresh.php
方法二
1、将现有的 wamp 文件夹重命名为 wampxx
2、重新安装 wamp，并将新的 wamp 文件夹中的 wampmanager.ini 文件复制到 wampxx 下
3、重启 wamp
