RASCAL FLATTS will bring Christmas cheer to the kids at the MonroeCarell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tenn. whenthey welcome in the holidays by flipping the switch on the holidaytrees lining the hospital’s Main Street tomorrow. Rascal Flatts willalso visit with patients and families attending the tree lightingceremony. The trio has raised over 3 million dollars for the hospitalover the last few years.


As one of the parents of a child who was at Vanderbilt Children'stoday, I want to say thank you with all my heart! My son that you methas special needs as well as two others of my five children. We arevery very frequently in the hospital there with them and it's such awonderful hospital. I can't put into words how much it means when youhave special needs kids to be able to see them smile and get joy fromsomething. I am so thankful that I got to see my son with a huge smileon his face as he hugged you and seen you today. As a parent of specialneeds kids our days are often filled with uncertainty and yet we stillmust always have hope.
