It's an awarding ceremony of "Hyundai Marine and Fire" to praise excellent staff members for their contribution.
FTTS are invited to be the guests and do the congratulatory performance on the final stage.

According to article of juyeon65's blog, they sang the "even the heart is broken" and got hot response. ^^
