If you have v1.06.68 installed and the program cannot be opened in Windows due to an error message stating "An administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information, contact the administrator.", this is a current known issue. We are working on fixing this issue.
Workaround: Uninstall the current Trident Z RGB Control software with the "Setup.exe" file from the installer ZIP file, and then install our Trident Z Royal Lighting Control software, which is backwards compatible with the Trident Z RGB modules. After installing the Trident Z Royal software, you may need to reboot two (2) times after installation for the driver to detect the memory modules for the first time.
