Yes, plus a healthy and relaxing lifestyle. He doesn't smoke, drinks only lightly and most of all, he has full control of his work and leisure time. By not having a family to support and keeping a relatively modest lifestyle means he doesn't have to work when he doesn't want to. He doesn't have to worry about working as much as he can when he is popular and putting enough money aside for the children. Of course, he also has a healthy and optimistic outlook about life in general. While he doesn't openly admit to it, I am pretty sure he has a good skin care routine as well.

The semi-vegetarian diet is only part of it. There are plenty of vegetarians here in Australia. Quite a few at my work too. Trust me, they don't look particularly young!!
