如题，楼主一枚，大三，均分84.多，电子信息工程专业，想申wireless and optical communications /telecommunications,有多大把握可以申上呀[泪][泪]

我大四要修的学分占四分之一，所以大四努力可以拉高均分
如果我十月初投申请，拿到con85的几率大不大
如果拿到con85，毕业时我达到了，就一定会被录取吗
