过3的道路可不可以建在水里

小弟玩过3时碰到了一些麻烦，我想让游客从水里通过，想在道路上加上防护罩，这样就可以在水里建道路，不知道这样可不可以啊，请高手指点！

No, it won't work. If you have Soaked! installed, you can get the Underwater tunnel which is a type of road which you can build this into the water.
