近期,有客户反应VE最近的耳机存在一些比较常见的质量问题,例如气泡、木板裂痕等。为了能够更好地让客户有一个反馈的途径,Audio Termianl 在此贴收集大家目前发现的耳机质量问题,并会汇总给VE。也是为了VE能够更加重视产品的质量,为客户带来更好的产品。
同时,应客户的要求,Audio Termianl 作为代理商也为客户翻译并转发了一封邮件给VE,希望VE可以公开回应中国消费者的问题。如果有新的回复,都会在此贴进行直播。

这是我在audioterminal收到的耳机,你们可以看看下面的图。

这就是你们所引以为傲的德国品质?面板凹陷,木纹角度不一样,腔体气泡比高频单元还大,这些问题除了VE,我没看到其他品牌有这样的问题,最重要的,你们把耳印切得那么多导致我根本没办法戴好。这么多问题都在一个耳机上,你们的品质在哪里??还有右耳机LOGO填充的染料溢出来,你们告诉代理说你们完工以后都会检查再出厂,那检查的标准在哪里呢?拿回来快1个月了,就听了不到4小时,每次佩戴不超过15分钟就痛的受不了了,你再看看和我的JH16耳机的对比,你能找到任何相似之处?这样的接口底座位置就是你们所谓的德国手工制造?找代理跟你们交涉,代理还找了德国的朋友一起去解决问题,但是你们的回复呢?就这么不上心?!你们的态度让我很失望,现在我需要你们的官方面向大众的道歉和解释。哦对了,你们的耳机原线的极性都是反的,你们为什么从来不提到这些?你们让上百个中国客户听着插着极性相反的耳机,这究竟是你们没发现极性相反的问题还是你们知道了刻意隐瞒?这是你们的态度吗?不管是哪个,你们的行为都是极其不专业的。另外,木纹出现这种问题的不止我一个,同样的,耳机上出现裂纹的也远远不止几个人,你能也一起解释一下裂纹的问题吗?还是你们就觉得自己一点问题没有,都是个例吗?!最后,关于你们引以为豪的声音,耳机阻尼出来以后的导管形状都不一样,出来的中频声音会一样?
I wonder whether this is the German quality which you areproud of. Hereafter are the problems I have encountered.
First of all, the faceplate sunk. Besides, the angles ofthe wooden lines across the template are different. Thirdly, the air bubble inshell are even bigger than some driver. I have never met the problems listed inother brands' earphones. The most important thing is that the over carvedear-impression made the earphones not fit with my ear, makes me feelpainful. What is more, the dye on the logo of the right earphone overflowed.You told your agent that every earphone would be checked before sending toChina, I am wondering your criteria of the quality checking system.
I have received the earphone for about one month, andhave used it for not more than 4 hours, because every time I used it for morethan 15 minutes, my ear could not bear the pain. Could you please have a lookat the JH16 earphone, and could you find any similarities? Is this a right socket location of yourHANDMADE VE6?
What is more, your cable polarity is opposite to thenormal, which you have never pointed it out. I know that you ordered from the factory. But why have you never mentionedabout this? You made hundreds of Chinese customers hear the sound of theearphone with wrong cable polarity. Is that your fault of never checking thisor you know the problem but you do not want us to know? Anyway, this is a very,very unprofessional behavior of you.
I would like to point out that the listed problems arenot unique to me, and the broken lines on the surface have been encountered byquite a few other customers. Can you also give an explanation of that?
Last but not least, the both sides of tip shape goingthrough are also different, leading to different sound of intermediatefrequency on both sides. Is this your German preciseness?
我真的很心痛,这么高的价钱拿回来的居然是这样的品质,德国的品质,严谨,我真的一点没看出来,你们可以解释一下吗?!我让代理现在给你们写了这样一封邮件,你们的所有回复我都会公开在论坛里面,我希望所有的人都看到你们对于中国客户的态度。
I am very disappointed that I bought an earphone of badquality at such a high price. I can hardly see your German quality andpreciseness. Can you explain this to me?! I asked the dealer to write such anemail to you. Please notice that your reply will be showed to the public. Iwant everyone to see your attitude towards the customers of China.
