Bad English. Grammatical correct, though.把它变成陈述句语序，就是Very few people agree with you on what important truth.没有特殊的句式，插了个前置的状语，把on调到前面至少会容易理解点。这种为了让人费更多神才能理解到而写的句子何其蛋疼……
