Peter Capaldi's mother passed away and her funeral was yesterday.
However, The Sun decided to sneak around the ceremony and take photos of the teary-eyed, grieving Capaldi to post on their website to make a quick buck.
Oh, you "journalists"...this is NOT news. This is something that should not be done behind anyone's back. But because it's a celebrity then it's fair game, amirite?!
If this happened to anyone, it'd be wrong. But using Capaldi's fanbase and his status as the Doctor to try and get article-clicks and ad-revenue (the article opens with "GRIEVING Doctor Who star...") is just an absolute low.
And let's just forget the fact that in order to read the full article you need to pay a monthly £7.99 subscription fee.
Fuck you from the very dregs of my soul, you insensitive cockroaches. And fuck you Katy Docherty for writing the article in the first place. Shame on you, Katy. Shame on the editors for letting it get published and shame on your entire "news" company.

The Sun
