申请的是faculty of arts and social science ，master by course，有木有前辈啊，真的很急
我本来打算寄送所有材料的，可是今天看见faculty of arts的checklis上面写了“ the envelope must be forwarded to the Department of the programme applied for, directly from the university” 问了下小米，她没说什么，只是简单重复了一下
我该怎么办呢？学校这边是肯定不会帮我寄送的。我能把成绩单封装好后和其他材料一起邮寄吗？还是我真的需要自己以学校的名义邮寄呢？
