'Nobody said it would be easy'
Hi everyone,
As you can imagine, my first blog entries of the season are turning a bit complicated. That’s the way it happens when the games don’t go the way you expected, and all you want to do now is to recover and to play the next match as soon as possible.
I do think that changes need time. We are talking about a new project, with a new manager and a new style. There is going to be a transition and that new start is more difficult if you don’t get good results. We would have liked to win the first two games of the season but that didn’t happen, and all we can do now is to prepare the next game, try to get the three points and start a good streak.
I know this is disappointing, but as I said last week –because it’s true– this is just the beginning of the season and there is still a long way to go. We must remain positive and confident, keep working hard and get better day after day.
It’s never easy to play at Sunderland, although after the game that point is not enough. We scored first but theyequalisedin a corner kick before the break, and we didn’t manage to score again in the second half. Personally I’m happy with my first goal of the season, but not completely since we couldn’t win.
Also, during the week Marcos Rojo became our new team-mate. I would like to welcome him and I wish him all the best with our club. I believe he can contribute a lot of good things to the team as he showed, for instance, in the last World Cup with Argentina.
Tomorrow we play the Capital One Cup against Milton Keynes Dons. It’s another competition and a new opportunity to keep getting better. They have had a good start in the League One and I’m sure they will take this game as a final.
In Spain, the Super Cup and la Liga’s first week were almost at the same time. First of all I want to congratulate Atlético for the title, and I have to highlight as well Eibar’s debut in the top category: first victory and a superb goal.
There are other things beyond football. Last week I did my bit to help fighting ALS through the Ice Bucket Challenge. It’s a very original way to help fighting this terrible disease and the confirmation that social networks can be very useful when working together for a good cause, but as I said in the video, and I say it again here, the important thing is to help with donations.
I say goodbye now, with a bittersweet feeling but also looking forward to the next games and confident that things will get better soon and we will start winning. It’s time to stick together and I thank you for all your support because, at the end of the day, we all go in the same direction and we all have the same goal.

正如你们可以想象的 我是本赛季第一次带着这样复杂的心情来写这次的博客（suki吊！我和罐头小欣欣想了半天也没懂这句）。当比赛进行得不尽人意的时候 我们能期待的就是赶紧进行下一场比赛 以此尽量弥补。
我认同 改变需要时间 我指的是 新教练带来的全新面貌。这注定是一次变革 如果没能达到成效 这个开始会变得很有压力。我们本期待可以赢下前两场比赛 可是却不如愿。而我们现在能做的就是为下一场好好准备 力争三分 力挽狂澜
这实在让人失望 正如我上周所说 但确实事实 因为这仅仅只是一个开始 后面还有很长的路等着我们。我们必须保持乐观积极自信的心态 在后天的比赛中继续努力
对阵桑德兰从来都不是那么容易得分 一分对于我们来说也不够 本塔先把头筹 小气没喘一口就被黑猫灌了一个角球（这句罐头的逗比风格完整体现）整场结束时我们也没能再进一球。从本塔自己角度来看呢 我是很嗨皮自己本赛季的第一个联赛进球拉 可是平局的结果却让我没那么高兴了
同时我要向新加盟的罗霍表示欢迎希望你能在这里把自己最好的一面展现出来。就像在世界杯对阵阿根廷中的精彩表现一样 相信你能在我膜有所作为。
明天我们将在联赛中对阵milton keynes dons(这啥)这又是一个让我们争取上游的机会 他们已经有了一个好的开端 但我相信他们做梦做到头了(老公太凶狠辣)
在我老家板鸭那边阿 超级杯和西甲第一轮几乎同时间进行。我要先恭喜我竞夺冠！(大家鼓掌！)强调一下艾尔巴的初次亮相和首胜(其实乱翻的→_→)
然后我还要讲一件足球以外的事 上周我接受了冰桶挑战 为治疗肌肉萎缩症的宣传尽了一点微薄之力。用一种新潮的方式对抗顽病 在社交网络中 这是一个很好的宣传方式来呼吁人们的注意。我在这里重述一遍拉 在视屏里也说过 最重要的是要捐款咯！大家积极捐啊！
在这里要和大家告别了(别走 (麻痹德其实早翻烦了快结束拉！))带着一个有喜有悲的心情(复杂的男人！→_→) 期待且相信下一场比赛能够有所好转 应该开始团结起来共赢未来了。谢谢你们大家的支持 在今日的末端 我们将朝着同一方向前进！

"Nadie dijo que fuera fácil"
Nueva entrada en el blog de Mata: el inicio de la Premier, los nuevos fichajes... y mucho más
Hola a tod@s:
Como podéis imaginar, están siendo un poco difíciles estospostsde principio de temporada. Obviamente, cuando los resultados no se dan como esperabas, todo resulta más complicado, y uno solo tiene ganas de recuperar para que llegue cuanto antes el próximo encuentro.
Pero creo que todo cambio necesita su tiempo, y cuando hablamos de un nuevo proyecto, con un nuevo entrenador y nuevo estilo, es lógico que haya un proceso de adaptación, que resulta un poco más duro cuando no llegan los resultados desde el principio. Nos hubiese gustado comenzar la temporada con dos victorias, pero no se han producido, y no queda otra que pensar en el próximo partido para comenzar a sumar de tres en tres.
Entiendo la decepción tras los encuentros, pero como dije la semana pasada y como sigue siendo una realidad, la temporada no ha hecho más que comenzar y aún queda muchísimo por delante. Debemos seguir trabajando, preparándonos y mejorando día a día sin perder la confianza y siendo positivos.
El desplazamiento al estadio del Sunderland nunca es sencillo, pero tras el encuentro el punto conseguido nos sabe a poco. Conseguimos adelantarnos pero en una acción a balón parado nos empataron antes del descanso y ya no pudimos mover el marcador. Personalmente estoy contento por mi primer gol de la temporada pero no de manera completa cuando no obtienes el resultado esperado.
Esta semana también tuvimos la incorporación de un nuevo jugador, Marcos Rojo, al que doy la bienvenida y le deseo todo lo mejor en el club. Creo que puede aportar mucho al equipo, como demostró por ejemplo en la Copa del Mundo con Argentina.
Mañana mismo competimos por otro trofeo, la Capital One Cup, contra el Milton Keynes Dons, que ha empezado bien la campaña en la League One y que a buen seguro se tomará el encuentro como una final. Una nueva oportunidad de seguir mejorando.
En España la final de la Supercopa casi se junta con la primera jornada de Liga. Por un lado quiero felicitar a los atléticos por el título, y por otro destacar la victoria del Eibar en su estreno en la categoría, con golazo incluido.
Pero más allá del fútbol están otros asuntos. La semana pasada puse mi granito de arena para la lucha contra el ELA a través del Ice Bucket Challenge. Es una forma original de ayudar en la lucha contra esta terrible enfermedad que confirma que las redes sociales pueden ser una gran forma de unirse por buenas causas, pero como dije en el vídeo y como reitero ahora, lo importante es ayudar donando.
Ya me despido, con un sabor agridulce pero con las ganas y la confianza de que las cosas van a mejorar y que pronto comenzaremos a obtener los resultados esperados. Es momento de estar unidos y os doy las gracias por vuestros ánimos porque al final todos vamos en la misma dirección y con el mismo objetivo.

PD: De nuevo tengo el placer de felicitar a deportistas españoles por sus buenos resultados. En este caso a las nadadoras españolas, que han logrado 13 medallas en los Europeos de Berlín. Muy grandes.
