因为要做小香的EPIC武器，实在挑不过那个三箭头副本，决定试试Karana 的庇护。

当然，如果不行，我还要去试试崔波那 。总体觉得不难，这个信仰。
First you must talk to Askr in Timorous Deep at 2336, 38, 1053 Copy . Pick up the staves that are near him. He sends you to three altars in Norrath to charge these staves for a ritual later on:
先到Timorous Deep 的 2336, 38, 1053接任务。当然要先放弃原来的信仰。然后摸NPC边上3跟火炬。
Altar of Lightning: South of Thundering Steppes docks along the shoreline to the rock wall, in a small alcove at -464.39,-23.39,-157.50 Copy .
第一根火炬，插在TS的码头附近-464.39,-23.39,-157.50 。
Click the altar, staff will auto place. Spawns a lightning elemental (L25v).
Kill the elemental and take the charged staff.
Altar of Rains in Greater Faydark. Head to Crushbone Keep. At the pond where the Crushbone polluters are, on the rock to the left of it, can be seen from the path. -837, 93, -60 Copy
第二根火炬，插在大菲的-837, 93, -60。去了点祭坛，刷怪，杀了摸火炬。
Click the altar, staff will auto place. Spawns a water elemental (L25v).
Kill the elemental and take the charged staff.
Altar of Clouds in Maj*Dul. Skygazer*s Plateau. From the gate where you zone, go up the stairs, just before you cross the bridge, stop and turn left. Behind the tents. -186.91,177.19,-86.54 Copy.

Click the altar, staff will auto place. Spawns a cloud elemental (L25v)
Kill the elemental and take the charged staff.
After you have all three staves, head back to Askr for your reward - Humble Altar of Karana.
插完了回去插NPC，完成第一步。

This is the second quest in the Karana deity series.
Askr sends you to search for the keys to the Tomb of Te*Anara in The Thundering Steppes and bring back the Shard of the Rainkeeper.
Search for tomb off the southern coast of Thundering Steppes. Take the griffin to Coldwind station. The tomb is literally just off the beach at Coldwind Cove, underwater. You can use the griff tower as a landmark, head into the water and slightly right of it. There are Rallosian ghosts around the tomb, but they don*t seem to have any part of the quest. 接到第二步以后，先去TS最下面的海里386.32, -77.47, 1429.44 有个坟，摸边上的几个盘子状的东西。
Search the bags around the tomb, clickies on the ground. The gold key to the tomb is found.
Seek out the Unkempt Druids near Ruins of Karana for more info on the other key. Take the Griffon to the South East Station, then run East, they*re up on the rock wall. You will have to kill the group of A Fanatical Rangers that are standing with Eilwyn Loamskin Loc: -692.19, 12.05, 552.26 Copy
接着道华沙废墟，其实是卡拉那废墟的 -692.19, 12.05, 552.26。到那里有一群怪，你没降级是不主动的，杀了对话NPC，摸地上一个箱子获得钥匙。
Speak to the Eilwyn to convince her to give you the key. She tells you to find the key which is in one of the boxes on the ground near her. Find the silver key to the tomb.
Go back to the tomb and click on it to open. Click on it again to gain the Shard of the Rainkeeper.
You can now return to Askr for your choice of jewelry reward and to open up the next quest in the series, Shard
然后再去前面的海边的坟墓那里，点坟墓，再点获得碎片。完成任务。

Askr sends you to Kylong Plains with the charged staves to charge crystals needed. The altars are marked by three large black jewels on the shores.
Go to Kylong Plains, place the three charged staves on the western, eastern, and central shores. If you have a Sokokar, fly to Kunzar*s Edge post. If not, head from Dreg*s Landing (Kylong docks) towards the path across the stream which leads to the right. The iksar fortress of Varis will be visible, head towards it, careful of aggro. Cross the first bridge, bear to the left of the fork in the tunnel, cross the other bridge over to the island.

Altar of Storms: at the shore by the tatterback gorillas, at -911.42, 8.97, -331.90 Copy
Altar of Rains: at the shore by the Mudfin Yha-Lei, at -1408.49, 3.63, -188.43 Copy
Go to summoning circle, up at the Wall of Emperors, where the iksar statues are, just up from Kunzar*s Edge, at -1448.00,53.90,355.06 Copy . Just click on the circle, auto-places the crystals and the elemental will spawn nearby.
Lure the elemental over, do not fight it, it*ll become aggro when you get close, just run to the circle and pass over it and you*ll get the ding.
Collect the crystals and return to Askr for your reward, Askr*s Altar to Karana.
这步就简单了，接到任务到KP. 下面3个坐标插棍子。

插完了去-1448.00,53.90,355.06，点传送阵，把水晶放上。然后边上有个元素球，你靠近会攻击你，别杀了然后拉他去法阵，给水晶充电，充电以后搜集水晶。

Askr sends you to Lake of Ill Omen in Fens of Nathsar to summon the Avatar of Storms. This is the cloak quest.
Go to Lake of Ill Omen in Fens of Nathsar, find altar of Karana on the shore, between where the yha-lei are and Omen*s Call. 146.86,-119.18,146.23 Copy
Use the portal seeds to create a portal for Askr to come through. Place in your hotbar or right click on them in your inventory.
Askr casts to summon the Avatar of Storms. Fight the three grouped elementals which spawn as Askr casts. You must keep him alive. If he dies, you must recast the portal seeds again to bring him through again.
Askr warns the Avatar of Bertoxxulous will try to kill the Avatar of Storms as it manifests. Fight alongside Askr. He fights Avatar of Bertoxxulous while you attack and fight the two mobs which spawn with it. No matter what you do, Askr will die.
Avatar of Storms will finish off Avatar of Bertoxxulous. Speak with it and it*ll resurrect Askr.
Speak to Askr, finish the quest and gain your cloak - Cloak of Storms.
最后这步也一样的简单，对话以后到FEN146.86,-119.18,146.23 。
然后点击任务面板的图标，开启传送阵。NPC过来了，你就开始杀怪。
然后他们自己也混战，你就等着吧，最后再点下任务面板的图标，跟下面的老头对话。
就完成了。
全程，加写攻略，不超过半小时。 后面是花絮。。。。。

然后经过验证，这个buff，确实是屌爆了.......

补充，
这个BUFF的回血百分比，跟你人物的属性和血量似乎有关系。
13.4% 是我穿的一套DPS装备，换上治疗套装以后，每秒回血达到了15.3%。
