1、SP2进入BIOS：
在关机状态下按住 “音量+” 键，再按 “电源开关键” ，出现surface时松开 “电源开关键”，就进入BIOS了。
2、不修改BIOS，U盘引导启动（适用于给SP2安装系统）：
方法一：设置-更改电脑设置-常规-高级启动-立即启动-使用设备，只要选中U盘并自动重启就可以了。（win8适用，没在win8.1中试过。用过的可以说一哦！）
方法二：在关机状态下按住 “音量-” 键，再按 “电源开关键” ，出现surface时松开 “电源开关键”，5秒后松开 ”音量-“ 便进入U盘启动。

3、关闭显示器，但是SP2继续运行。这个方法有点复杂，我就不翻译了，看了头晕。。。。。下一楼还有个简单点的。。。。。
The Desktop Activity Moderator driver seems to be the main culprit, and is enabled as part of the boot up process on Clovertrail (or similar) processor equipped tablets when they let Windows 8 know that they are capable of "connected standby".
Stopping DAM.sys from being loaded on system boot has the desired effect, and that is done by opening an administrator command prompt and running the following command:
sc config dam start= disabled
and rebooting. If the information concerning this command is accurate, dam.sys will not be loaded on this or any subsequent boot up. So far, dam.sys seems to be disabled when I query it, or check its settings in the registry.
Then, I repeated my setup of the "display off" and "sleep" parameters as before, using powercfg instructions at the command prompt:
powercfg /x monitor-timeout-ac 2
powercfg /x standby-timeout-ac 0
powercfg /setactive <....>
(the <....> field contains the GUID value of the power scheme that you are modifying, which should be the power scheme that you are presently using. The numerical values are the number of minutes for the timeout, 0 meaning Never.
You can find those values (the power scheme name is an alias) by typing powercfg /list at the command prompt)

还是关闭显示器，但是SP2继续运行这个问题。

大约翻译一下哦，进入注册表以后呢，找到HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\CsEnabled这个，把数值从1改成0就好啦。。。然后重启。bingo！！！搞定了。。。

补一个查看电池报告的方法，其实很多人都应该会了吧。。。

今天谈一下微软售后的一些问题吧。。。。最近好像机器告急，没太大毛病的机友们尽量不要换机了。。。。
根据我跟微软的多次交涉，他的售后一般是提供2种服务的。第一种是大家很熟悉的换机服务啦。其实还有种，就是把机器寄过去帮你装系统。所以系统崩溃的机友们可以叫微软帮你恢复一下系统就好了，换机也不一定能换到一台省心的机子呢。
换机服务：
如果要换机，当然首先要和微软客服沟通一下咯，这里打电话或者用在线客服都可以的。（注：不建议自己在售后服务的页面上生成订单，这样一般没人理你，换机时间会持续很久）。
等到售后受理以后，微软会帮你生成一个订单，随后寄一个纸盒子到你所留下的地址。待盒子寄到后放入机子再寄回给微软即可。整个过程都是免费的，官方给出的时间是15个工作日以内将收到换好的机子。
注意：
1.、微软使用的是联邦快递，把要寄出的机子装好以后千万不要急于封掉盒子。应当先联系快递员上门取件，让快递员一起作证机器已经放入盒子里后，再打上封条、签字、寄出。
2、现在换出来的机子的序列号一般不变，机器的保修时间应该重新计算，当然也是2年。如果不满2年可以联系客服更改保修时间。
3、只要把机子寄给微软就好了，其他任何配件都不要寄过去。否则有去无回。大家务必检查TF卡槽。
