C Star 从计划到筹备开始就得到了官方，媒体，行业界以及中英社会各界的支持和配合， 其中包括英国依士灵顿华人协会(Islington Chinese Association), 甘顿华人社区中心(Camden Chinese Community Centre)，伦敦华人社区中心(London Chinese Community Centre)，英国新洲有限公司(UK Newland),全英学联, 英国城市音乐节(City Showcase), 中国华谊兄弟唱片，天娱传媒步酷唱片，麒麟童唱片等。此外，C Star还得到了很多一线华人艺人和制作人的赞许与关注，包括2007中国快乐男生4强之一张杰，2005超级女声季军张靓颖，著名台湾音乐制作人袁惟仁，以及香港TVB著名司仪及演员曹众。

主办活动的两家单位，一个是演艺经纪公司，一个是专门的选秀加经纪公司，他们的主要业务都是中国的歌手在全世界的推广。 他们这次举办C-star选秀，看似和小杰没有什么关系，但是这个活动是和华谊兄弟以及步酷联办的，近期他们主要包装张靓颖在海外推广，步酷推出的艺人，我可是相当期待。呵呵。
