为什么麦克不知道用Monica对付Hardman是Jessica的策略就使麦克在和Hardman的deposition上犯错了？？？
还有folsom foods这个案子和jessica解雇monica之间的关系各位大神解释下
是hardman试图把J解雇M说成是性别歧视，以此来让J的事务所在面对Folsom foods的时候处于劣势？

有一句话是，哈维对杰西卡说：“你不能起诉Folsom foods性别歧视的同时辩护自己解雇Monica不是因为性别歧视”You can't be the named defendant on a gender-discrimination case while we're suing folsom foods for the same thing. 应该没翻译错吧？懂的借助这一楼解释下吧！！感激不尽

我依稀记得无论是suing for gender discrimination还是for age discrimination xxxxx...律师既然为辩护人打雇佣关系和不正当解除，应该都归在wrongful termination of employment上。所以jessica打FF是打wrongful termination of employment，而hardman追打jessica也是wrongful termination of employment。只不过jessica打FF是名正言顺的以性别歧视为由打，而hardman心里知道jessica解除monica是因为和他苟合，但为了拖累jessica而硬要往性别歧视方向靠，使得当时的PH陷入“贼喊捉贼”的逻辑。
还有mike那个什么？disposition犯错？
