PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

With SAP Business One, small businesses can streamline their end-to-end operations, get instant and complete information to respond faster to market needs, and accelerate profitable growth.
SAP Business One Product Management team is seeking for highly motivated and energetic user experience expert, who is responsible for providing the solution to usability, desirability, consistency, emotional factors, cultural and organizational factors, etc. The current focus is SAP Business One Suite.
KEY AREAS OF REPONSIBILITIES
·Lead and inspire Ux team to bring SAP Business One user experience to the next level. Define Ux vision and roadmap fulfilling business goal and in sync with overall product strategy.
·Proactively acts to understand customer and business needs and offer UX solutions that align topics across product lines, on-premise, on-demand, mobile, analytics, etc.
Field User Research
Planning and scheduling field research activities.
Lab User Research
Planning and scheduling usability studies that can
test UI standard building blocks and patterns independent of specific product
domains.
Standards for Methods and Tools
Analyzes and optimizes usage scenarios of existing
Ux tools.
SAP Business One Products & Domains
Has expert knowledge about specific product domain (e.g. understand basic business process and functions of a user role in a given product domain.)
Interaction Design
Solve large interaction problems that require the creation of new design patterns that eventually become a SAP Business One UI standard element.
Accurately and articulately specify UI designs for the purpose of product development.
UI Concepts & Guidelines
Creation and specification of new UI patterns and
building blocks to fulfill missing requirements to become part of the UI
guideline. Works on legal requirements (e.g. accessibility) which need to be
considered in UI Building block Spec.
Visual Design
Design of skins and themes for standard user interface elements within an existing design direction. Negotiates with development and other stakeholders to achieve visual design goals.
Creative impulse and direction for an entire look and feel for a new UI technology. Knowledge of data visualization.
WORK EXPERIENCE
-At least 6 years demonstrated work experience
is required
-SAP related experience is preferred.
