呵呵，偶是不懂，来歪解一下。依照字面解释，转向不足是转的不够，转不过来的意思；转向过度是转大了的意思。

Oversteer:When a car's rear end doesn't want to go around a corner and tries to overtake the front end as the driver turns in towards the apex. This often requires opposite-lock to correct, whereby the driver turns the front wheels into the skid. Understeer:Where the front end of the car doesn't want to turn into a corner and slides wide as the driver tries to turn in towards the apex.

转向不足时会偏离赛车线，走上反方向的车道，在F1里，就是走的线路太大，转向过度就会开上靠自己这边的缓冲区了。。。

教材中解释，民用汽车都是不足转向。我看日本的一本书，说赛车有过多转向。但是我不明白为什么把赛车设计成过多转向，因为那比较危险。
