论现代企业财务管理目标模式研究摘要企业财务管理目标是财务管理理论中不可缺少的一个重要组成部分，是连接财务管理理论和时间的纽带。目前有关企业财务管理目标的种种观点都纯在一个共同的缺点：考虑了财务资本对企业经营活动的影响，而忽略知识资本在整个社会进程中特别是可持续发展中的重要作用。本文认为，随着知识经济时代的到来，应以“实现财务资本和知识资本效用最大化”作为企业财务管理的目标。关键词：企业 财务管理 目标
