教堂应该不会有这种情结 其实也不能算接近 它给人的感觉是高远 建筑师可以说为信徒描绘神圣 而不是接近神圣

建筑师描绘神圣,继而接近神圣,达到物我两忘的境界??

Gen 11:3:他们说,来吧,我们要建造一座城和一座塔,塔顶通天,为要传扬我们的名,免得我们分散在全地上And they said :"Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven;and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.11:6耶和华说,看哪,他们成为一样的人民,都是一样的言语,如今既作起这事来,以后他们所要作的事就没有不成就的了And the LORD said:Behold,the people is one, and they have all one language;and this they begin to do:and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

应该说是很有关系的，先说巴别塔，代表了人们回到paradise lost的心理——他们的基本想法就是登高，而后，在哥特式的建筑上，人们希望是通过某种神圣的方式使之超越人类而存在，但他的方法依然是登高——只是添加了跟令人激动的明暗效果。
