Moet Hennessy UK Ltd (Maison Krug) is withdrawing certain batches of its Krug Champagne. The products contain sulphites, which aren’t mentioned on the label. If you’re allergic to or intolerant of sulphites, don’t drink these products. The Agency has issued an Allergy Alert.Product details
The products being recalled are:
Krug Grande Cuvee, all sizes
Krug Rose, 75cl
Krug Vintage 2000, 75cl
Krug Clos du Mesnil 2000, 75cl
Krug Clos d’Ambonnay 1998, 75cl
Moët Hennessy UK Ltd (Maison Krug) is withdrawing all the affected stock. Customer notices will be displayed in stores, explaining why the products have been withdrawn. If you've bought the product and would like to return it, you should contact the company on 020 7808 4422 to arrange for a replacement or refund.
No other Krug products are known to be affected.
