4.Blood (titer) tests which shows immunity to measles and mumps, (results can take 10 days to get back): Have your health care provider complete the MEDICAL STATEMENT of the Immunization Statement for International Students, attach a copy of the titer test results, and return to the Health Center. (Titer tests are available at the Health Center for a fee.)

是，有抗体证明就可以不打。但是不打有抗体么？
第一条就是说必须打两针mmr。打了有两针的证明，然后给学校。
