20120518: Saimoe 2012 will officially be starting a week from now with the start of a very protracted nomination process, which is hopefully the first sign of improved organisation compared to the previous two tournaments. I won't put the site into 'serious' mode for another month or so yet, but over the course of the next week or so I'll be bringing it into line with the information at hand. For reference, nothing is currently set in stone beyond the nomination phase.
