Therefore, it’s very important for us to form healthy eating habits.Despite the healthy eating habits are fairly important, some students have such unhealthy eating habits as having not breakfast, loving snack, being particular about food, and eating more food.Healthy eating habits include not only eating a variety of food but also eating food in a fixed time and a fixed quantity.In my own opinion, having healthy eating habits being a matter of great significance can help us to build our bodies.
