I'm really happy to announce today's patch is not actually a bug fix patch. I don't think there has been a single bit of feedback/request as common as "Are achievements broken?!" "Achievements when??". I mean it was totally my fault for accidentally publishing them on the store before they were actually ready in game, but there we go...
All achievements should retroactively unlock when you load saves with the content complete so there is no need to play through the entire game again. The only achievement that I couldn't retroactively unlock was the Limited item win from Dr. Gib's game as that was not tracked anywhere so I suggest you start rounding up some corpses for the shredder.
If you have any issues with any of the achievements not unlocking, either retroactively or during normal gameplay please let me know in the community Discord and I'll take a look:
