想要申精吗?那就翻译这个吧。 We apologize for the so-called “ninja changes”, but it is the unfortunate side-effect of “speed patching”. When a serious bug, like the recent one allowing 140 activation points decks, is identified, it is patched as soon as possible. It can then occur that tuning changes made in the meantime are taken for the ride alongside the fix. We’re trying to limit that as much as possible, but it is something than can, and surely will again, happen … Recently, some balance changes have been partially released that way, making them a bit hard to track/understand. Now, here are some explanations about what we are doing. Some of this has been partially released yet, and what’s missing will be soon. More specifically, let’s talk about infantry, stabs and AAA/SAM changes STABILIZER: That’s the easier part: there has been no changes! Only the display (Bad, Good, …) in the armory has changed, to be more accurate … but the stats themselves are just the same as they were. You can make the test. Only one unit actually was “nerfed”, it is the Leopard 2A4, but that was scrupulously reported. It was very slightly downgraded on the move so that it remains more accurate when stationary, for we consider no tank of our timeframe were that stabilized to have equal accuracy in both situation. Accuracy displayed in the stats is for stationary fire. Stabilizers gives an idea of the unit’s accuracy on the move, compared with its base accuracy: - None means the vehicle has 5% chance to hit on the move, whatever its base accuracy. - Bad means the vehicle has an accuracy on the move halved from its base accuracy. - Normal means the vehicle has an accuracy on the move comprised between 50% & 25% of its base accuracy. - Good means the vehicle has an accuracy on the move comprised between 25% & 15% of its base accuracy. - Exceptional means the vehicle has an accuracy on the move less than 15% inferior to its base accuracy. AAA/SAM: There has been a massive rebalancing of AA/SAM weapon system, to make a greater difference between radar guided & other type of anti-aircraft weaponry. Those changes affect both NATO & Pact weapon systems the same way. - All radar guided vehicles have an increased detection range against planes. - All radar-guided SAM & AAA retain their range against planes, but suffer a range nerf against helicopters (harder to catch over the landscape). - All thermal and other SAM & AAA retain their range against helicopters, but suffer a range nerf against planes. INFANTRY: There are more changes behind the infantry rebalancing than just accuracy. Infantry weapons have 4 accuracy stats: ACC when stationary at long range, ACC when moving at long range, ACC when stationary at close-quarter range (meaning, within a city block), ACC when moving at CQC range. The value given in the armory is the first one of those. If you make test, you’ll see that: - Semi-auto rifles, like the ones used by two-thirds of NATO (G3, FAL and their many variants) are very accurate when stationary, but quite not on the move. They are also not the best rifles to have in CQC. - More standard assault rifles (M16, AK, SG-542 …) have average accuracies both on the move and stationary, and quite reliable in CQC. Never the best, but never the worst. 7,62mm ones being a bit less accurate than 5,56mm equivalent, but with a better suppressive power. - Carbine-like (CAR-15, AK-74SU, …) & SMG (MAT 49, Hovea, Sterling, …) base accuracy aren’t very good, but suffer less from movement, and are the best CQC weapons. - WW2 or post-WW2 rifles (MAS 49/56, Mauser, …) are very accurate at long range when stationary, but barely useless while moving or in CQC. The same weapon in the hands of different soldiers have different accuracy stats: the Sterling SMG used by Canadian MAW has ACC 6, while the same weapon used by Canadian Pathfinders or British Paratroopers has 8. We’ve acknowledged that elite infantry wasn’t as effective as it should for its price. Now, the more elite the unit, the more faster it will shoot, so you’ll have to check the RoF for a same weapon to see who’s better. Therefore: accuracy buff + RoF buff for a same weapon in the hand of different troops should make a heavy difference! Veteran infantry having a +50% RoF buff over regular infantry: - FR RIMa - FR Commando-Para - USSR VDV - USSR Morskaya Pehota - US Marines - US Rangers - CAN Vandoo - CAN Pathfinders - UK Green Jacket - UK Paratroopers - W-GER Panzergrenadier - E-GER Mot.-Schützen - E-GER Kommando-Aufklärer - CSSR Vysadkaru - CSSR Pruzkumnici - POL Niebietsky Berety - POL Spadochroniarze - POL Saperzy Sturmowi - NOR Stormer - SWE Fallskarmjagare - DK Livgardere - DK Gardehussare Elite infantry having a +100% RoF buff over regular infantry: - US Delta - FR Légion - UK SAS - UK RM Commando - DK Jaeger - URSS Spetsnaz - URSS Spetsnaz VMF - W-GER Fernspäher - SWE Kustjägare - CSSR Specialni Jednotky - E-GER FJB-40 - NOR Marinejegeer Infantry with obsolete rifles having a RoF nerf over regular infantry: - FR Réservistes. - SWE « militia » And finally, to make some units above their peers in house-cleaning, we’ve introduced the CQC machine-guns, usually lighter variants of existing ones that can be used in CQC. Usually only one unit per nation, Poland & Canada have two to make up for the lack of elite/SF units: - FR Légion - US Delta - URSS Spetsnaz - UK RM Commando - CAN Vandoo - CAN Pathfinders - DK Jaeger - SWE Kustjagare - CSSR Specialni Jednotky - E-GER FJB-40 - NOR Stormer - W-GER Panzergrenadier - POL Niebietsky Bereti - POL Spadochroniarze EDIT: SAM/AAA changes have since been released here. @超人1231234 好吧我承认我有点懒,就不翻了……这篇文章是游戏出之前那会论坛上转的,看过之后能让玩家对游戏里的一些武器有正确的认识。
