Can also lower your max HP so you'll want Lead Belly ASAP. -loot everyfuckingthing early on so you can craft. -things don't respawn after being looted and broken down. -glue seems rare. -10 Luck means you are pulling off crits in VATS very often. -Sniper perk in Perception lets you pull of sniper shots and you have a high chance to decapitate on headshot. -layered armor system is broken to the point where you can negate small arms fire and small laser weapon fire, especially with the armorer perk. -human enemies take cover -synth enemies can execute you instantly if your health is low and they're close -Vault-Tec Bobbleheads are back and provide stat buffs. One provided Damage Resistance. -Mines require Demolitions Expert to disarm safely. You can still disarm them but they have a chance to "fail" and start to beep fast before exploding. Perception might be a key role in disarming them. -noticed there were two pop-ins from items loading in the enviroment. -Karma is back. -stealing affects karma like before -Codsworth confirmed for best follower. He also joins in on the conversation when talking to people. Also makes comments. "Sir did you see that woman? She's old enough to be your Grandmother. By the way how is she?" -ghouls can pretend to be dead then pounce on you when you get close. they can also get back up even after being shot multiple times. First time this happened I physically jumped. -multiple bullet types. Pistol had FMJ, EXP (explosive?), and JNK (Junk rounds?). -crafting is expensive material wise. Glue is almost always required for everything. -rain made the FPS drop a little. -lights cannot be destroyed when shot -super mutants come in all shapes and sizes. Streamer found one of the really big supermutants you see in Fallout 3. -Nightkin confirmed. -certain responses in talking result in karma gain/loss -skill books are back but act differently. Collecting a set of 10 adds a passive perk. -Giant Mosquito confirmed for being worse than Cazadors. They can drain your health and attack multiple times, cripple your limbs, and just destroy your shit real quick. -when you have a crippled head, it doesn't do that blurry effect like in 3/NV.
