12级了，好有压力，我是一点点水过来的。怎么办？怕hou不住啊！

然教法师：若要修行不后悔，必须时刻管住嘴然教法师：若要修行不后悔，必须时刻管住嘴内容摘要：保持一个慈悲的心态，一个客观的心态，一个平等的心态，心安自在。欲责人先正己，在规范别人之前要先修行自己的品德,对待自己很宽松而对别人很严格，这又怎么能够算得上是修行人呢？孔子说：“躬自厚而薄责于人，则远怨矣！”只有这样才能和合吉祥。本来学佛时间长，懂得道理多是一件很好的事情，但往往有一些人学佛时间长，懂得道理多了之后，烦恼就更多了，执着也会更多。为什么没有因为学佛解脱而更加束缚了呢？因为他忘记了学佛的目的，忘记了是为解决谁的问题而学佛。《六祖坛经》：“欲得见真道，行正即是道。自若无道心，暗行不见道。若真修道人，不见世间过。若见他人非，自非却是左。他非我不非，我非自有过。但自却非心，打除烦恼破”。为什么不见他人过？因为真修行人只戒自己不戒别人。自己要守戒，不勉强别人守戒，别人守戒也好，犯戒也好，各有因缘，自己左右不得。每个人都守自己受的戒，这就“戒和同修”。大家共住在一起，没有争论，每个人都欢欢喜喜，法喜充满，大家是平等的，这是和合众。有一些看似持戒很严的人，并非戒律持得很好，因为他自己觉得很了不起，总说四众过，这是我慢的表现。常常听到他批评“这个人破戒，那个人犯戒”，整天气呼呼的，自己烦恼别人也烦恼。他永远不会得佛法的受用，为什么？常常生烦恼，看到这个破戒，那个不持戒，看到这个不守规矩，看到那个不懂道理，他就生烦恼了，他心就不平，心不清净，他怎么能得定？不懂得各有因缘，天天看到别人毛病，那就是自己的大毛病，所以他的修行不能成就。佛眼睛看一切众生都是佛，凡夫眼看一切诸佛都是凡夫。蕅益大师教导我们：“境缘无好丑，好丑起於心”。纵然看到别人过失，做的不如法，也合掌令欢喜。可以软语劝谏，决不敢轻易批评，说不定那是菩萨示现的，诸佛菩萨应化在这个世间是随类示现的，没有固定的形象。古德常讲道场里面龙蛇混杂，道场里面确实有凡夫，但是也有圣人示现在其中，你知道哪个是佛？哪个是菩萨？我们把每一个人都看作是诸佛菩萨，一律平等的恭敬，一律平等的供养，就没有过失。天天责备别人，“你破戒了，你犯戒了”，完全没有观照自己有没有犯戒、破戒，起心动念都是找别人麻烦，这样造了一身的罪业，最后的结果三途轮转去。定要晓得“佛法是教自己的，不是教别人的”。宣化上人说：“真认自己错，莫论他人非，他非即我非，同体名大悲”。当真正具足菩萨的慈悲心的时候，我们很难用恶狠狠的话去对待犯错的人，而是知道这是自己业力的显现，是自己的问题，应该慈悲对方，应该帮助对方，而不是有一种成就感，来指责对方。《梵网经菩萨戒本疏》卷三“初篇说过戒第六”中解释说过的六种情况云：一，见地上菩萨为物逆行，谓非而说；二，见三贤菩萨及四果圣人微失而说；三，说自和上、阇梨之过；四，说传法住持人过；五，说同类净戒过；六，说破戒人、无戒人过。此六皆初重次轻，应知。此段的意思是说，有六种情况，就算犯了“说四众过”戒：第一，见到登地菩萨（初地以上）为了度化众生，方便示现种种犯戒之象，而说其犯戒之过。第二，见地前菩萨（三贤菩萨即位居十住、十行、十回向的菩萨，在登初地之前）及证得四果（须陀洹、斯陀含、阿那含、阿罗汉）的圣人有轻微的过失，而说其犯戒之过。第三，讲说自己的亲教师（和上）、教授师（阿阇梨）的过失。第四，讲说传法人（如上师）、住持人（过去的住持多为领众修学者，如禅宗的丛林，住持往往为开悟的善知识）的过失。第五，讲说同受净戒的戒兄弟的过失。第六，讲说破戒人、无戒人（未受戒或失去戒体者）的过失。这六种情况中，说前面的比说后面的要严重。保持一个慈悲的心态，一个客观的心态，一个平等的心态，心安自在。欲责人先正己，在规范别人之前要先修行自己的品德,对待自己很宽松而对别人很严格，这又怎么能够算得上是修行人呢？孔子说：“躬自厚而薄责于人，则远怨矣！”只有这样才能和合吉祥。自己有很多方面做的不足，不思进步，只想着找别人的不足，责人且不正己，只能让自己和他人都烦恼。你找我的毛病，我挑你的不足，有几个人能听对方的指责呢？只能是弄得越来越是非，越来越矛盾，越来越麻烦。恶莫大于放纵自己的过失，恶莫大于傲慢心给别人挑毛病，应该以责人之心责己，恕己之心恕人，这才是一个有修养的人应该做的！扪心自问，当父母、师长总是指责你的时候，你当下的心态的怎麽样的，能不能欢喜接受？切记“己所不欲，勿施于人”。 http://tieba.baidu.com/mo/q/checkurl?url=http%3A%2F%2Fsd.ifeng.com%2Fchinese%2Ffojiaorenwen%2Fdetail_2013_05%2F28%2F845581_0.shtml%3F_from_ralated&urlrefer=7721acb880de79c7098a5454c31921f9

真正学佛人(转) 前言：　　古人常说修行可以改变人的命运　　修行就是修正自己不正确的思想，行为的过程。　　修行也不是佛家的专利。只是本文的原作者是一位佛门师傅，所以文中的一些说法带有佛家的术语。另外我们平时接触的文章，书籍也让我们一提到修行，就想到是佛家　　1) 真正的修行不在山上，不在庙里。不能脱离社会，不能脱离现实。　　须在修行中生活，在生活中修行。　　有的人整天打坐，磕头、拨念珠，修了好多年，可是习气、烦恼依旧，性格、心态依旧、没有任何改变，这不是真正的修行。　　我们的工作环境就是我们的道场　　无论我们从事什么职业，都要把修行融入到工作中，面对境界历事炼性，对人炼心。　　要尽心尽力地做好我们所应承担的一切，用心去做每一项工作。我们的家庭就是净土。要把我们的净土打扫的干干净净，布置的清净庄严，要任劳任怨的尽我们的责任和义务　　我们的家人都是我们的亲人，都是我们的父母众生、儿女众生，都是我们的金刚道友，要关心他们，照顾他们，尊重他们各有各的因缘，各有各的福报，我们执着什么，什么就会伤害我们，我们执着谁，谁就会让我们伤心　　一切都要看成如梦如幻，放下所有的妄念，但放下不是放弃，该做的还要去做，还要做好。 2) 人生如同一场戏，戏已经开场了，我们就要演下去　　但是我们要明明白白、清清楚楚的知道，我们是在演戏，哪里有真的夫妻？哪里有真的儿女？即要演好我们的角色，又不要假戏真　　其实人间并不是我们的老家，我们只不过是匆匆过客而已，有什么可执着的，有什么可计较的，少说一句又能怎样？退一步又能怎样？　　凡事不要只考虑自己，要为对方考虑。只有去掉了自私、自利、自爱，我们才能够自在。我们真正有了慈悲心、菩提心，不但上师三宝会加持我们，就连山神土地都会帮助我们　　只要我们如理如法地修，真心诚意地去做，别人自然会尊重我们，喜欢我们。我们怎样对待别人，别人也会怎样对待我们　　不要总是怨天尤人，不要总是挑别人的毛病，看别人不顺眼，不要总想去改变别人，先调整好自己的心态，修好自己的心，一切境都会随转。　　如果我们以宽阔的胸怀容纳一切，包容一切的时候，就不会有想不通的事，看一切人都是好人，看一切事都是好事，看一切境都是好境　　能经常查找自己的缺点，能不断地去掉我执，这就是修行，否则修什么呢？　　其实，修行和生活，工作并不矛盾，佛性（对佛性个人的理解是善心和对人生的智慧）是我们每个人都具有的　　然而人们陷入了繁忙的事务，到处奔走寻求，忘记、失落了自我，不知道最重要的、最宝贵的东西应该从自心中寻找。　　佛就在心中，真正的佛就是自己的心。　　附：修行是否进步有四大标志第一，对人生宇宙的真理越来越明了，并且去遵循它。表现在对因果法则的日益深信第二，恶念、妄想、欲望、抱怨减少，内心越来越宽容、安定与安详，越来越看清人生的方向与希望。第三，智慧越来越大。　　　　看待一切问题一目了然，直抵根本. 表现在自身烦恼越来越少，迷茫越来越小。第四，福报越来越大。表现在家庭和谐、做事顺利、受人尊重、健康与财富增长。　　　　内在则表现为满足、喜悦与感恩、报恩之心增加。不管我们跟随哪一教、哪一宗、哪一派、哪一师，有此标志，则是得遇正法。　　若无，则宜反省
