【请教】高中生都喜欢什么样的老师呢？ 本人还是菜鸟啦，希望前辈们多多指点~~高中生都是基本都是16岁到20的年纪~~什么样的老师才会受欢迎呢？欢迎大家说说自己的看法。我个人跟学生相处还不错，因为比较年轻，大家共同语言比较多，跟他们都是像朋友一样相处，个人感觉学生都比较喜欢随和点、朋友式的老师。这年纪的孩子叛逆心理特别强，所以教师处理问题的方式不能太激烈。请踊跃发言！
