实际还是可以玩的，有声音，但是每次都有这个挺烦的。大神看看有没有解决方式，谢谢！
我是steam版，打了汉化包，win11系统。

@gamblerch 在我的文档里面找到 CivilizationIV.ini 配置文件，编辑打开，找到 Enable voice over IP capture and playback， 把EnableVoice = 1改成EnableVoice = 0
