因为天气和天气系统是两个概念。楼主可以百度一下，这方面我不太懂，就不装懂了。我就从朴素的语感角度说，天气是今天放晴还是下雨，最高最低温度多少等等，天气系统是这里有个高压，那里有个气旋，冷暖空气相对运动等等。
