Veteran director Peter Greenway will finally get his long-delayed Rembrandt project going, as a shooting date and star are now announced. "Pride And Prejudice" co-star Matthew MacFadyen (I still prefer him in "Spooks") will play the famed 17th century artist in "Nightwatching", set to start rolling this June. The film will detail the creation of the painter's most famous piece known as "Night Watch". Greenway, himself a renowned painter, will work from his own script, on a multi-national co-production. Budget is said to be around 5 million Euros. The director hinted his intention to debut the film in time for the 2007 Cannes fest.
