各位大佬好，本地服务器oracle19c执行alter system quiesce restricted命令报错，有没有大佬给指示下应该怎么操作才能成功。
报错ORA-25510-quiesce not supported for the root container
官网需要注册supported，目前本机操作没有条件注册，希望了解的大佬指点一下，拜谢！
