这个用法当然是错的。
demand that + 主语 + verb原型（不受第三人称单复数或be的变形影响）
They have demanded that the mayor be removed.
I demand that Zhang Yuan stop （not ‘stops’） talking in Chinglish.
demand后的从句是subjunctive，不是indicative.
