但他们只会说法语

英语、法语同属于印偶语系
汉、藏属于汉藏语系
同语系之间学习语言会比较快

介于英法历史关系、地理位置和法国人的骄傲本性，法国人会英语，而且相信很多，但一般都是以法语交流

I live in Paris. Touristic venues in Paris have always English speaking staff (maybe not all the staff). Young people in the streets do also speak English. You must know French language when meeting old people in non touristic places. Even a lot of public servants, such as policemen and staff in hospitals, are used to speak to tourists in English
