When Kurt has a heart to heart with Will he complains that Glee club isn't challenging him. I think Rachel complained about the same thing to Will early in S1 and Will also dismissed it as Rachel wanting things her own way.
- When Kurt is working on the boys mash up, he gets all "controllist" and bosses them around just like the girls thought Rachel would boss them around (if Rachel hadn't been taking the "opposites" theme so seriously)
