万能的吧友们，投了一个plos one的论文，外审已经过了，目前被编辑卡在格式上，表格问题已经让我修改七次了，实在不知道到底要怎么改了，求助大神给看看这个到底是什么意思呀。
编辑回复：Tables must be editable, cell-based objects created using Word’s table function or Excel. Data should be contained in its own row. Enter content in separate cells to match the text alignment used in other rows and columns. Do not use returns, spaces, or tabs to align content across the table.
